ANZ PULSA is a free mobile application designed for loyal members of ANZ PULSA to simplify their transactions from anywhere. The app offers various features such as top-up credit, purchasing electricity tokens, and PPOB services. Users can also check the latest credit prices, view transaction history, balance changes, downline activity, chat with customer service, and more.
The app has a variety of features including purchasing prepaid credit and electricity tokens, paying bills (electricity, water, phone, etc.), buying internet vouchers, and a chat messenger that connects directly to their server. ANZ PULSA also offers a chat feature with customer service, checking balance and account information, checking real-time prices, adding balance with a ticket system, checking transaction history, downline agent activity, registering downline agents, transferring balance to downline agents, and an App Lock feature to secure the app from unauthorized access. ANZ PULSA also provides the ability to print receipts for various transactions via Bluetooth, with support for various thermal printers with 58mm and 80mm paper sizes. Receipts are available in PDF format and can be sent to contacts via Telegram/WhatsApp.
